This Privacy Policy explains how Horizons Creator collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when you access our website, create an account, use image generation and editing tools, upload files, purchase credits, subscribe to plans or use our API.

- Cookies and similar technologies required for authentication, preferences, abuse prevention and service operation.
Payment data
Payments may be processed by providers such as Stripe and Asaas. We do not store full card numbers. We may receive customer, charge and subscription identifiers, status, amount, currency and payment events required to activate or cancel plans and credits.

We may share strictly necessary data with providers supporting platform operations, such as hosting, databases, email delivery, authentication, abuse prevention, image generation, log analysis and payment processing. Some providers may process data outside Brazil. When this occurs, we will take reasonable measures so that international transfers comply with applicable data protection requirements.
